Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Maple Syrup (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. When the oven is heating, partially cook the bacon for about 3-5 minutes. You want the bacon to be a little cooked but still pliable. Melt some butter in a small sauce pan and heat over medium low so butter melts. You can add syrup if you choose, we did not. Next you need to cut circles out of your bread slices, we used a glass to cut the 3 inch diameter circle.
